Doctor Claw's face

Anyone who remembers the 1980s cartoon "Inspector Gadget" would remember the villain Dr. Claw. In the entire series all you ever see of him are his hands. Never his face.
A few years back I found pictures of the Dr. Claw action figure on the internet where they finally revieled his face.
(In 1992 they came out with an Inspector Gadget action figure line.) I was very surprised!
His face was also shown in the Super NES Inspector Gadget game, but you could hardly see it because of the pixel revolution.

So here he is in all of his evil glory! The leader of the evil MAD crime organization. Along with his pet Mad Cat.

I've never seen anyone draw Dr. Claw, or ever seen any Inspector Gadget fanart so I figured I'd take a wack at it.
